1. 7-Day Exchange Window
We want you to love your TRIEXIS ensemble. If you receive an item with an unexpected defect, wrong colorway, or wish to exchange for another unstitched design, notify us within 7 days of receiving your package.
2. Conditions for Exchange
To be eligible for an exchange: • Fabric must be uncut, unwashed, and unstitched in its original folded state. • Original designer tags, care cards, and branded packaging must remain intact.
3. Exchange Procedure

4. Refund Policy
If a replacement is unavailable for a damaged or defective item, a full refund will be processed within 5-7 business days via original payment method (bKash/Nagad/Bank).
